He is a high-energy leader who builds organization-wide support for innovative, ambitious business plans that propel companies to market leadership. He has deep roots in the nutraceutical, food, and ingredient industry and a solid reputation in the dietary supplement area; a 15-year record of performance excellence achieved through unrelenting focus, precise implementation, and indelible commitment to ethical business practices and superior service. He brings his vast experience and knowledge in this field to help the citizens of his Motherland in their quest to build excellent health and well-being for themselves and their families.

Murli Krishna

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Murli Krishna guides BIOPRO’s mission to discover and commercialize best-in-class nutraceuticals technologies that positively impact consumer health and well-being. As the head of BIOPRO’s Leadership Team, Murli is responsible for overseeing growth initiatives and managing strategic partnerships. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and is proud to be a part of BIOPRO. Before BIOPRO, Murli worked as an Area Manager of Armed Forces Canteen Stores in the Kanpur zone. Murli retired from the Indian Army as a Captain in 1989 after being wounded in a border skirmish in Ladakh.

Subba Rao Balekai

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

As the Vice President of Sales at BIOPRO, Subba brings an extremely positive attitude and high level of energy to his sales team. Subba leads by example & his commitment to excellence and ensuring that his team provides the highest level of service and support is what makes Subba an outstanding senior sales management professional. An electrical engineer by profession, he began his career in a variety of marketing and brand management roles dealing in products required in the construction and design of interiors for home and office. Subba’s affable qualities endear him to his customer and friends.

Grace Van Der Byl

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY

Grace Van Der Byl lives in California and helps GRK with Quality control issues in his California business. She also guides BIOPRO in implementing Quality Control management. Grace will admit to being passionate about advancing safety, quality, and trust in the natural products industry. She has spent a career on it – having been Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Support Manager at Source Super Foods and Robust International. She is a Regulatory Affairs Consumer Health Specialist as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Project Management. Certifications include FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI), FSPCA Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), FSPCA Food Defense Awareness, and Servsafe.
